To fulfil our mission & vision, domestic health awareness programme will be commenced before domestic-goods distribution programme and rest is later on, gradually i.e. solar-system and commercial-cultivation as per regulations for welfare of Society & Nation.

Coronaviruses (CoV) are a large family of viruses that cause illness ranging from the common cold to more severe diseases such as Middle East Respiratory Syndrome – CoV. A novel coronavirus-nCoV is a new strain that has not been previously identified in humans.
Coronavirus disease (COVID-19) is an infectious disease caused by a newly discovered coronavirus. Coronaviruses are zoonotic, meaning they are transmitted between animals and people. Detailed investigations found that SARS-CoV was transmitted from civet cats to humans and MERS-CoV from dromedary camels to humans. Several known coronaviruses are circulating in animals that have not yet infected humans.
Most people infected with the COVID-19 virus will experience mild to moderate respiratory illness and recover without requiring special treatment. Older people, and those with underlying medical problems like cordiovascular disease, diabetes, chronic respiratory disease and cancer are more likely to develop serious illness.
Common signs of infection include respiratory symptoms, fever, cough, shortness of breath and breathing difficulties. In more severe cases, infection can cause pneumonia, severe acute respiratory syndrome, kidney failure and even death.
The best way to prevent and slow down transmission is be well informed about the COVID-19 virus, the disease it causes and how it spreads. Protect yourself and other from infection by washing your hands or using an alcohol based rub frequently and not touching your face.
The COVID-19 virus spreads primarily through droplets of saliva or discharge from the nose when an infected person coughs or sneezes, so it is important that you also practice respiratory etiquette as by coughing into a flexed elbow. In other words, standard recommendations are to prevent infection spread include regular hand washing, covering mouth and nose when coughing and sneezing, thoroughly cooking meat and eggs. Avoid close contact with anyone showing symptoms of respiratory illness such as coughing and sneezing.
At this time, there are no specific vaccines or treatments for COVID-19. However, there are many ongoing clinical trails evaluating potential treatments.

RENEWABLE SOLAR-ENERGY
To fulfil the vision of Renewable Energy Development, the Institution represents the best opportunity regarding solar energy for welfare of our Society & Nation. But, it is necessary to know about what is solar energy ? And how to realise it ? In short lines “Solar energy is an energy from the Sun in the form of radiated heat and light. It drives the climate & weather and supports life on the earth.” Thus, our fundamental-life and technical-life will be more affected in absence of sun light. The ambitions of the Institution is to elaborate solar technique specially in rural and scheduled area’s. The Institution wants to make solar technique very easy for all as to much far from urban area’s. We can remove energy backwardness of rural area’s by adapting solar-system in our practical-life.
In other words — The Institution has brought-up an energy welfare scheme for rural consumers under title of – “Aryabhatta National Institute of Solar Technology”. This programme will be entertained through Voluntary Co-operative Development System. It has been decided to begin under micro and macro level of development with a view to personal and communal energy improvements. It will be extended either on co-operative or individual system for six qualifying years. Its every stage will be of sixty months. One qualifying year has five years, only. The Institution is highly desirous to extent its sufficient units in every wards, villages of a Panchayat. This is the first step of the Institution to commence a Macro Revolutionary Energy Programme for betterment of rural people. The Institution has decided that this programme will be commenced on the basis of Maximum Social Advantage. Therefore, it has been considered that to honour the principle – differentiation between below poverty-line and upper poverty-line shall be compulsory for social justification. So, they should be listed as per regulations of the Govt. Hence, group of the Project-Sheet will help you to classify the different status of people in different scopes of life. Consequently, the Institution will might be able to achieve its vision.
Therefore, you are being advised that survey should be completed as per regulations of the Institution. The Project-Sheet encloses other project-sheets for miscellaneous requirements of survey material. It should be filled-up properly so that the Institution might be able to reach on a conclusion. Because, project-sheets are such mirror in which a person, a family, a company, a co-operative committee, an organisation and an Institution can see real figure to walk towards proper zone. Further, it is informed to you that solar consumers shall be selected, provisionally by you during the period of survey work & they will be insured, compulsory at their own cost along with submission of Project-Sheets to get further facilities of Institutional-Subsidize Scheme for solar-system. For social justification, differences between BPL and APL has been classified, only by ten percent. After getting insurance of solar consumers, the delivery of solar-system will just be commenced as per regulations. Firstly, solar light and secondary solar cooker shall be delivered among consumers and the rest, gradually according to further regulations.
In first operation of above activity, the Institution will travel with the programme among below poverty line families. This concept shall be entertained through distribution for connection of solar system among consumers as per regulations of the Institution. The Institution has provision to provide connection of Solar Light (Lamp) and Solar Cooker, in first stage with a view to remove backwardness of fundamental requirements of rural people. Therefore, the Institution has decided that connection should be given in every houses and cottages at your Panchayat level. These solar products shall be given to consumers by the Institution under two provisions — One is under Institutional-subsidize system and another is under security connection system. But, in both conditions, the Institution will provide free service to consumers as per regulation. Thus, no any amount is refunded to consumers under Institutional-subsidize system while under security connection system, consumers shall get refunding, partially in against of their deposite amount when the goods shall be taken back after one qualifying year and before completion of second qualifying year. Hence, for successful operation of the Programme, please, form Group of consumers up to three hundred at your related panchayat level comprising with different wards and villages. In case of nonpopulated Panchayat, Group of consumers shall be minimum two hundred persons, compulsory. Populated means above six thousand population and non-populated means below five thousand population in a Panchayat. These activities shall be continued up to two qualifying years under totle of – “Aryabhatta National Institute of Solar Technology”. If we travel for the same then the day is not far away when the Institution will might be able to establish a Solar Grid-Station at Panchayat level. Consequently, it will be a mega energy resource and employment opportunity programme of the Institution. Similarly, our proper travelling will be succeeded with previous solar consumers, in this way. Because, they will be first resource persons for the same achievement.
This project-sheet cncloses another vision of the Institution i.e. health, general and various type of technical education. After one year commencement of solar programme, the Institution will implement health and educational welfare programme. So, further, to entertain the programme, survey for miscellaneous articles are compulsory. Therefore, you have to fulfil related survey, sincerely in determined period. These activities of the Institution will create additional employment and this employment ensures us going towards empowerment of our Society and Nation.
Now, forth amendment has been brought-up by the Institution regarding old volunteers as Panchayat Solar Secretary, Block Solar Secretary, District Solar Secretary and Regional Solar Secretary. According to the amendment, it is being allowed that they are able to contribute themselves to domesticgoods distribution programme. Because of, their candidature is alive, till now and their inducement in other field of the Institution shall be acceptable. Therefore, they should be registered with the programme. But, panchayat solar secretaries are being allowed on conversion charges while other senior secretaries shall be registered according to domestic-manual. But, conversion charges will not be refundable. Thus, they will admit themselves to entertain the programme. Further, it is hereby informed to you that refundable donation will be refunded after deduction of application-fee & admission-fee.
OUR OTHER ACTIVITY TOWARDS
MEDICINAL & AROMATIC PLANTS-CULTIVATION
The Institution has decided to implement general, commercial, medicinal and aromatic plants cultivation among Farmers through Volunteer with a view to increase their purchasing-capacity and selfemployment. Aims and ambitions of the programme shall create awareness among Farmers towards medicinal and aromatic plants cultivation and to make determination of mediation. This cultivation commences not only an another green revolution but also it will increase multiplicity purchasing-capacity of Farmers. It can be practised by taking a small part of land for the commercial cultivation. It has been cultivating, successfully in southern india for last twenty-five years. Consequently, southern farmers are far better than northern and eastern farmers, comperatively through commercial, medicinal and aromatic plants cultivation. These are being cultivated, sincerely in Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan, Kerala, Karnataka & Chennai in our country. In present time, Govt. has also taken effective step for awareness among Farmers towards medicinal and aromatic plants through horticulture mission.
For successful operation of the programme, a permanent unit of – “Primary Agro Science Centre” will be established at Block level as per regulutions of the Institution. But, before establishment, educated volunteer shall be selected on incentive-payment system at different scope level but they shall be of different qualification according to their designation. Farmers shall be selected, indirectly by these selected Volunteers for cultivation of medicinal and aromatic plants. Institution has many series of medicinal plants and these can be cultivated, easily in garden or on very close land of cottage and residential area (thirtyfeet x fifteen-feet) of Farmers. The sufficient possibility for the cultivation of those medicinal plants are stood as follows – Basil, Stone Flower, Olive, Mint, Belladona, Vanilla & Aloe-Vera etc. In first stage, the Institution is going to entertain Vanilla-Cultivation Programme and secondary Belladona-Cultivation. Farmers shall get yield about rupees two lac and fifty thousand every year through this Vanilla-Cultivation, only. Thus, this cultivation will control-pollution, atmospheric balancing, create opportunity of selfemployment and also increase purchasing-capacity of Farmers. Therefore, it is expected that the programme and creative step of the Institution must be inspired to Volunteer & Farmers.
Dry Vanilla-Pods shall be marketed at thirty-five percent less than present market price of production period through mediation of the Institution. Incentive & office rent will be paid after three months production of Vanilla-Pods. But, bonus will be payable in a lumps amount after four months production of Vanilla-Pods every year. In absence of cultivation and failure of the Programme, no any declared bonus, incentive & office rent will be provided to Volunteers. Dry Pods production of Vanilla Plants have been calculated on the basis of per plant three to four kilograms.
Note :— (i) Upper age for Backward-Classes, Other Backward-Classes, Scheduled-Cast and Scheduled-Tribe has been determined up to thirty seven years, thirty eight years and forty years, respectively. (ii) Instalment of Life Insurance Policy will be incentive-wing but, Incentive, Office Rent payment will be quarterly system. (iii) Bonus & Incentive have been counted on the basis of production of Vanilla Pods. (iv) Session for Rent & Incentive payment will be January, April, July and October which will be applicable after three months of production. (v) Amendment will be made as per requirements time to time and you all are liable to assume it. (vi) All volunteers and consumers shall be under centralized Bank Account operation with our Banker SBI and they will be insured by SBI General Insurance at their own cost, compulsory. (vii) After production of Vanilla-Pods, management and goods movement charges up to five percent will be collected from farmers, individually.
For highly mobilisation of the programme at grass-root level, fifty farmers shall be selected at each Agro-Assistant jurisdiction level. An Agro-Supervisor will be selected either on twenty-four agro-assistants or four panchayats level, compulsory. Further, an Agro-Assistant Co-ordinator will be selected on minimum sixteen panchayats or ninety-six agro-assistants with four agro-supervisors, compulsory at each block level of a district. An assistant Co-ordinator General will be selected on minimum four blocks having sixty-four panchayats or four agro-assistant co-ordinators, sixteen agro-supervisors with three hundred and eighty-four agro-assistants, compulsory. For a district programme unit, an Agro-District Secretary will be selected on minimum sixteen blocks, two hundred fifty-six panchayats in which four assistant coordinator generals, sixteen agro-assistant co-ordinators, sixty-four agro-supervisors and one thousand five hundred and thirty-six agro-assistants should be, compulsory. At the combination of three districts, an Agro-Regional Secretary will be selected on minimum forty-eight blocks, seven hundred and sixty-eight panchayats in which three agro-district secretaries, twelve an assistant-co-ordinator generals, forty-eight agro-assistant co-ordinators, one hundred and ninety-two agro-supervisors, four thousand six hundred and eight agro-assistants should be compulsory.
Similarly, number of farmers shall be under related jurisdiction – an agro-supervisor, an agroassistants co-ordinator, an assistant co-ordinator general, an agro-district secretary, an agro-regional secretary should be twelve hundred, four thousand eight hundred, nineteen thousand two hundred, seventy-six thousand and eight hundred and two lac thirty thousand and four hundred, respectively. Further, to entertain the programme, every farmers shall get five Vanilla-Plants, individually and accordingly this number of plants shall be relevant at each jurisdiction level of volunteers, compulsory. In primary stage, a Vanilla Plant provides dry pods three/four kilogram every year between one to four years. But, since five years this plant provides pods production five/six kilogram every year up to fifteen years. In absence of less number of farmers, vanilla-plants, volunteers, panchayats, blocks and districts, bonus and incentive will be less in proportional ratio out of declared amounts. So, Please, try to the best of your capacity to maintain relevant number as above stated.
In this way, we can entertain the programme at grass-root level. This cultivation ensure to increase purchasing-capacity of farmers and create opportunity of self-employment. Thus, “If we travel for generating awareness among Farmers towards commercial, medicinal and aromatic plants cultivation with a view to mass development at the grass-root level then the day is not far away when the yawing gap between Rural-Bharat and Urban-India is a abridge and the vision of a proud and prosperous India is realized.”

OUR RECENT ATTEMPTS
Now, Institution has decided to walk alongwith recently announced the programme – National Digital Health Mission. Our country will be revolutionized towards health sector. There is provision every rural and urban Indian would receive a unique health identity card for their health treatment. This mission is a complete digital health ecosystem with personal health for every Indian, digitization of health records as well as a registry of doctors and health facilities across the country. UHI Card will applicable across states, hospitals, diagnostic laboratories and farmacies. At a later stage, it will also included e-pharmacy and telemedicine services, regulatory guidelines for which are being framed.
The platform is voluntary as it will be up to an individual to get enrolled on the App. Health records will be shared only after authorization by the individual. Similarly, it will be up to hospitals and doctors to provide details for the App. The Digi-Doctor option will allow doctors from across the country to enroll and their details, including their contact numbers if they want to provide them, will be available. These doctors will also be assigned digital signature for free which can be used for writing prescription. The Institution will also include not only national digital health mission but national digital renewable energy mission, national digital domestic goods mission and national digital commercial agriculture mission also. To fulfill the vision of Panchayati-Raj, the Institution will develop a Model Panchayat Bazaar for benefit of the people. But, it will be possible in those panchayats which has seven domestic-assistants extent to one domestic co-ordinator-general jurisdiction level.
